A Title Search (abstract or abstract of title) is a report on the history of the property.  LarsenLaw & Associates is registered with the appropriate government agencies and can provide you with an electronic report that would contain information in the public record but can be accessed quickly and efficiently.  The report provided will give information regarding the property in question.  The registered owner, any liens listed against the property as well as any variances or irregularities. 

A similar report can also be performed using an individual’s legal name.  This report would show all the properties owned by an individual in a given region (eg Toronto, York, Durham etc.)
