Commission of Oaths
A person authorized
by the Provincial Goverment to administer and swear oaths for any legal matter and witness declarations as required by statute.
A commissioner of oaths can only certify that the oath has been properly administered and cannot certify / verify the accuracy
of the statements contained in the document. The declarent must be present for the swearing and the commissioner must
be convinced of the identity of the declarent therefore documents confirming the identity must be provided to the Comissioner
of Oath before the swearing of the Oath.
