Victoria joined our firm in February 2011 after obtaining her law degree at the University of Calgary
in 2009, and completing her Articling term in a leading litigation firm in Calgary. Victoria was called to the Bar in
Ontario in November, 2010. She is currently in the process of obtaining her Member of the Trust Institute designation
with the Canadian Securities Institute.
Victoria is passionate about Family Law, Real Estate and Wills and Estates.
While attending law school, she volunteered with Pro-Bono Students Canada - Family Law, and Elizabeth Fry Society, providing
access to justice and guidance to mothers and fathers in need.
Victoria has strong litigation skills. During
law school, she excelled in Mooting and Debating competitions and was chosen to represent her school in two competitive moots.
During her Articling terms with a leading litigation firm, and while volunteering, Victoria frequently represented individuals
in court and obtained favourable results for her clients.
Victoria enjoys the challenge of litigation while always
trying to strive for a negotiated settlement and is ready to appear in court on behalf of her clients.
