Mr. Kim Larsen, Barrister and Solicitor, is
a practitioner in Family Law, Wills and Estate, Real Estate, Tax Law and Business Law. Finishing his 3rd
year at York University’s Osgoode Hall Law School, he received his LLB, MBA and Bachelor of Commerce from the University
of Windsor. Originally located in Mississauga, he moved his practice to the city of Vaughan in June 2003.
Family Law
In practice since 2002, Kim
has successfully represented clients in the Superior Court of Ontario and the Ontario Court of Justice. While
able to successfully represent clients in court, he believes that a negotiable settlement is generally best for the client.
Business Law
With a Bachelor of Commerce
and an MBA, Mr. Larsen has an understanding of how businesses operate and the problems that can occur. As
a former auditor with the Canada Revenue Agency (formerly the Canada Customs Revenue Agency and Revenue Canada) for seven
years, Mr. Larsen is well versed in Canadian Tax Law including business records and financial statements. Mr.
Larsen has appeared in the Tax Court of Canada and the Superior Court of Ontario.
